Just dumping some old images to dA
I have a directory full of images and photos that were recovered or rescued from a failed hard drive. The photos are mostly from a Canon camera that I have largely stopped using, mostly because the lens/camera are dirty with specks of dust and such and need to be professionally cleaned. In any case I've been uploading images collected sporadically here and there from the rescued stash (not the dA Sta.sh, either).
It is a bit of a chore as the there are multiple copies of the same image, the amount of thumbnails tends to overload the memory of my laptop computer, making it sluggish and slow. And selecting the decent images from the out of foc

Devious Journal Entry
Just woke up to have no telephone service this morning. It seems that the my local ISP is suffering from the infrastructure virus, and nothing is working. Ok, the internet is functional for the moment. It is so much FUN! Spent most of yesterday on the phone, on hold, waiting to talk to their tech. support about a new cable install for my parents. Now this happens. I hope it clears soon....
