Fairy Centaur TF:
Daz 3d Studio, GIMP:
Cobbled together from a couple images with no particular purpose in mind. Other than to make this a TF. Make some sparklies and glowies to indicate magic.
Whole host of problems with GIMP. I Got a learning curve ahead. Probably just in time for them to pull the rug from out underneath and change everything again.

The genie is released from a candle when it is lit by the person lighting the candle. The genie, for some reason, has changed this person into a miniature centaur with wings. It is bit of a shock to become smaller, grow wings and have horse for lower half of your body. Maybe a bad dream.
